You will find N-400 times listed by your local office, since your profile lacks details like local office I cannot look it up and give you a good answer.

You need to look at your field office for processing time.

Let's just say you won't be voting in November.

I don't know about that. My husband's NOA is January 31, 2008. His biometrics is on Tuesday March 18. We are at the Jacksonville District Office, which has been pretty quick with the interviews, so I'm praying that he stands a chance. He can interview after April 27. You never really know.
