hello all i was wondering i filed a i-134 for my fiancee and i dont know if i make enough so my father filed as a co sponsor on a seperate i-134. now he filed as a co sponsor for my cousin who is marrying a woman out of the country as well. my question is will they accept my fathers' co sponsorship even if he is co sponsoring someone else? and is it right for him to fill out a i-134 or is he supposed to fill out another form? also what is the difference between an i-134 and i-864?

thanks for your help

For a K1 it is an I-134. I-864 is for AOS when your fiance gets here :)

As long as your father makes enough to cover himself, his dependents, your cousin's fiancee and your fiance then you will be fine.

You should take a look at the poverty guidelines, if you qualify then you would not need your father to cosponsor.
