We posted about this the other day...but we were clear on the question. When i file the I-130 do i need to file a separate petition for my step daughter or is she concidered a derivitive on that form? I know on the I-129f she is a derivitive and only one form is required....but i am confused about the I-130...the instructions are vague on this point....any help?
