Seems like CSC are working on NOVEMBER filers now.i got touched today after 4 1/2 months.

Im hoping.fingers crossed we'll received NOA2 this month.

I saw some vj'ers from nov.who got touced too.!!!!!

08/18/09: Interview (postponed due to baby's delivery)

12/16/09: Interview - Approved!

We got touched 3/09/08, according to my fiance :D.

I used to obsessively checked USCIS (multiple times day & night) for touches. :rolleyes: It's like checking the fridge again & again hoping some new snacks will suddenly materialized. :lol: :lol:

I am soooooo over the constant checking........ as of now. :wacko:

:thumbs: Nov filers I think March is our month for NOA2! Good luck to us!

November 04,2008-Sent AOS package

November 17,2008-NOA date

November 21,2008-recieved NOA hard copy by mail

November 24,2008-Biometrics appt.letter recieved by mail (December 17,2008 -Biometrics Appt.)

November 26,2008- AOS touched (got emailed from CRIS)RFE on AOS

December 09,2008-RFE sent

January 8,2009 -AP approved

January 9,2009-EAD approved(status card production ordered)

January 15,2009- AP in the mailbox

February 14,2009 - EAD card in the mailbox..THANKS GOD..finally...

March 5,2009 - INTERVIEW AOS ( 1:30PM)

April 13,2009-welcome letter in the mailbox....

April 17,2009-GC recieved..Thank u LORD...

God,how i hope you're right, cause that would mean that decembres are going to be in april, but the bad news is accordin to the USCIS timelines there is lots of september and october filers with nothing still.

And there are january filers with an approoval.

So, basicaly it's how lucky our moms made us ;)

I'm crossing my fingers for all of us :thumbs:

11/25/08 - Received welcome letter...and Green Card!!!

12/21/08 - ceremonial wedding

10/9/10 - Sent I-751 and started the fresh hell that is ROC

10/14/10 - NOA1 for ROC

10/29/10 - received appointment for Biometrics

11/22/10 - Biometrics appointment

Currently: Living blissfully with my Essex lad...

Glad to hear that November filers are slowly getting touched...which means December is next! Yay!! I guess I'll have to put up this facade hey? Gotta support everyone on VJ...it's the only thing that helps make this process a little better.

8/07/08: Rec'd NOA for I-485 AOS

8/07/08: AOS, EAD, & AP - Touched

8/08/08: Rec'd NOAs for EAD & AP

8/12/08: Rec'd Biometrics appt letter

8/21/08: Biometrics

9/29/08: EAD & AP - approved!!

10/6/08: EAD & AP - received in the mail!

2/06/09: Received interview notice for March 10th!!

3/10/09: Passed interview - husband's GC approved!!! Woohoo!!! :-)

April 1, 2011-Packet sent, back to the grind!

April 2, 2011-USPS confirms delivery to CSC

April 18, 2011-Received biometrics letter

May 5, 2011-Biometrics appointment, quick and easy

June 16, 2011-Card production ordered!

June 24, 2011-Card received

I am so happy today because 5 minutes ago I got an email from USCIS stating that they already approved and sent our NOA2 yesterday. :dance: We filed our petition on November 2, check was encashed on December 03 (but we didn't get our hardcopy of NOA1). We only have one touched, December 26 and then nothing until today...

I got the same NOA date as you and i have been only touched once on 11/29/07 since my NOA1 on 11/8/07. I hope all goes well!

i was touched for 2 consecutive days march 10 & 11 but still i dont get any news yet from USCIS.

Still hoping God will answer my prayer and the rest of us here to get approval soon!
