Um...

I'm assuming by processing fee you mean just the initial $445 for the Petition. Is one of you not currently in the US or have a US check or US bank account? That's the easiest way.

You're meant to just write a check or a money order (from a bank) to the US Department of Homeland Security, as explained in the instructions. I don't think they're ever going to accept any account number or electronic sort of exchanges...

I would suggest that if you only have access to checks in Hong Kong, trying to track down a check printed in english. One of you has to be US citizen so joining a US bank (you can probably do this online) and ordering checks sent to you (also online) might be your best bet.

January 31st, 2008 - received NOA1, issued Jan. 24 :)

February 24th, 2008 - NOA2; omgwtfbbqlolz

February 29th, 2008 - NVC letter sent
