I got my conditional green card through K1 visa last September 2005. I am still awaiting my lifiting conditions. When can I apply for citizenship? Thanks!!! :thumbs:

2nd NOA: 10-18-2004

Recd By Consulate: 10- 3rd week-2004

Interview Appt Recd: 12-07-2004 (for an appt the next day)

Medical@St Luke's: 12-07-2004 to 12-09-2004

Letter sent to resched intrview: 12-08-2004

Packet 4 recd: April 2005

Intrvw: May 6, 2005

Visa Recd: May 11, 2005

US entry: May 27, 2005

Wedding: June 16, 2005

I-485&I765 sent: July 15, 2005

NOA for I-485&I-765: July 21, 2005

Biometrics @ San Diego: Aug 20, 2005

NOA2: Aug 5, 2005

AOS Interview Chula Vista: Sept. 8, 2005

Welcome to USA: Sept. 15

Conditional Greencard: October 2005

I-751 sent to CSC: June 29, 2007

Received by CSC: July 18, 2007

Biometrics: August 29, 2007

01-06 - I-130, K3 shortly after

04-06 - switched to Canada Immigration

07-06 - Moved to Canada (PR almost complete)

07-06 - Changed again, back to US imm.

09-06 - Landed as Canadian PR

10-06 - DCF Toronto, Approved in 1.5 hrs!

11-06 - Interview Montreal (success!)

I-130

10-05-06 DCF in Toronto - Approved

10-19-06 Packet 3 received & sent back

10-20-06 Montreal receives P3

11-03-06 Packet 4 received

11-06-06 Medical

11-22-06 Interview / Visa approved

11-26-06 heading home, 6 day drive, my oh my

It is 90 days before the 3rd anniversary of your approval as a LPR..... see the "Resident Since" date on your greencard, add 3 years and then subtract 90 days.... that is the earliest you can file for citizenship as long as you meet all the other eligibility requirements....
