:wow: I must be really good at vibes~~~~ How amazing is that?

Well actually it didn't work for me (yet) but I am super excited for you. It just made my afternoon to know you got your approval.

We are pretty funny, because NOA 2 just means we get in another queue or box and start waiting again....and become impatient again. hahahaha

But it's a day to celebrate changing queues. Good for you.

Thats great news ANA, Congratulations!

Vermont have really done some good work for VJ'ers over the last few days I hope they keep it up I would like to be able to say nice things about them and I WANT A NEW BOX TO SIT IN!!!

Hope everyone is well today. I'm a little bit sore, started drinking £8 bottles of wine at about 4pm yesterday and the 3 of us got through at least 5 before I made my excuses to leave. I'm going to miss drinking with British people, there is no way any of my American friends would drink that much with me ... not without trying to splash a ping pong ball into my glass anyway. I guess I will have to lots of educating in the art of binge drinking.

Lots of love

Oh no Erin I'm sending you the best possible vibes!! I hope everything works out for you guys.

Nic I want to be touched, pushed, kicked, abused ANYTHING!! They haven't moved our case since 28.03 and to be honest I think that is just down right rude! Would like to know that it is being put on another shelf or in another box ... it doesn't mean much but at least it means its not lost!!

I just rushed home and put my bikini on and the sun has gone away :( Gutted. Will have to stay in and work on my positive mental attitude instead.

*hugs*

thanks bex. as my friend toni says - if it has tires or testicles, it's going to give you trouble! david is at the shop right now and we will hopefully know within the hour. good thing it's so busy at work and i'm distracted for the moment.

i'd like a good kick from CSC these days. anything.

Erin lovely is there any progress? .... I'm taking your lack of presence as a good sign. You need a naughty weekend with David. Hope everything is sorted and your plans are back on track.

I'm taking Saffyre shopping for wedding dresses tomorrow and am super excited. I hope you all have lovely weekends. If anyone fancies a trip to Vermont on a NOA2 mission I will pay half their gas money. The Hershey's worked last year maybe we should send some nice May flowers??

Hi guys....I've been reading your posts and it looks like you are doing a good job hanging in there...

I should be getting ready as packet 4 is on the way. I have to do my medical and gather other papers...however we dont really know how much the argentinian ID will take and we are stuck and wondering if we should do the medical and the afidavit of support now...taking the risk of it being expired before the ID comes....so...we dont know.

Donnie will try to contact his congressman and explain our situation...but the truth is that probably he wont be able to help us much....because is an Argentinean thing...maybe he could talk to somebody in the Argentinean embassy there...who knows...

best wishes. Tuty

Hello Lovelies!

I'm glad you have had a lovely time with your SO Aleena. I miss Alan so much, its been 124 days since we were last together, the longest we've been apart so far. If I don't have my approval by the end of the month I think I will try and book a trip, there is waiting and then there is WAITING!

Tuty I feel for you so much, what an incredibly awful situation you have found yourself in. I don't think it will hurt to contact as many people as you can. I'm sure you have looked into all of your options but why is the I.D so necessary?

I have my final exams coming up in two weeks time and am starting to really panic. Plus I have totally lost control over the last few days with checking my email and USCIS - not good! I don't know why but I seem to be making my life a lot more stressful than it needs to be at the moment.

I hope you all had lovely weekends. I'm sure Erin and Aleena steal the wonderful weekend prize though! :star:

Fingers crossed for our approvals this week.

Bex

Bex....i just remembered about your post about missing your British drinking friends...funny...lol

and made me think about a dear friend of mine from England. We used to hang out a lot while i was in America and she was saying the same thing... nobody in America can really dring...lol... So i went out with her this one night and i said "Lucy...tonight whatever you drink i will dring and see who sands up longer..." ...lol

i was sick for 2 days! and she just woke up a little later the next morning...lol

i guess you just have to be born with it...lol

i am really excited that she is going back to America also and she will spend a whole year there. she is you age Bex...lol..just turned 21 last august and graduating this year...

funny how we used to sneak her into bars before she baceme "legal"...lol

Aleena thats funny! TWO DAYS?!?! Silly Lady.

Alan struggles to keep up, he's always finished way before me. Its definitely a British thing ... Not sure its anything to shout about though - there are other talents I would rather have. It was my birthday in August too, Alan and I went traveling around the States when I was 20 and I managed to get served in all 24 of the states we went to. Its the British accent ... the boobs helped too I think. Oddly enough my last visit was in September after my 21st Birthday and I got I.D'd everywhere we went. I enjoyed flashing my British driving license around and confusing everyone though it got to the point where people would just hand it back to me and take my word for it because they couldn't find the date.

Oh on Saturday when I got back from wedding dress shopping a man came to the door to sell me something and when I answered he said ... "Hello - Is your mum or dad in?" Oh my goodness I was so offended, it was quite hilarious too. I'm only 5ft and do look youngish but SERIOUSLY?!?! His face was a picture when I told him I was 21. Brilliant.
