My case is at CSC!

Well, so here I am, a new applicant for removal of conditions. Check showed up as cashed on Monday and I gues it's t CSC, though no receipt yet.

It's going to be an interesting one though, because I had to apply for a waiver of joint filing requirement, since I'm no longer married to my ex, and left him because of abuse etc. So, I guess we'll see if they give me an interview or not. I mean, I'm English, so that counts for me as far as immigration fraud is concerned, but then I am filing alone. We shall see.

Either way, I'm not stressing out about it - I enclosed a LOT of evidence for the cohabitation and also the abuse, and they accepted my check. I actualy sent it to NSC, because that's where the form instructions told me to send it, but they posted it on to CSC and now I have a WAC number (unfortunately the case number is not showing up on the system yet - but then again it was handwritten on a check I saw at the bank website so I might have misread!)

How are y'all doing?

I do too - it'd be awesome not to have to go to the cities twice - I am a good girly and I'm pregnant and would definitely appreciate the opportunity not to have to journey all that way with morning/evening/night sickness :D

Good luck, Jay Jay. I have thought often about how you were doing so it is good to hear that you have applied now for your I-751. Congratulations on the pregnancy too.

HUGS!!!!! Congratulations on the pregnancy...sounds like life is finally settling some for you. Hope the tummy settles soon too. ;) We're not at the filing stage yet, but will be next Feb. From what I've been reading on this forum, we're not looking forward to it either. I really hope things go well for you JayJay, after all you've been through you deserve to have this part behind you. Let's keep our fingers crossed that this transfer to CSC means you'll get approved soon.

Oh man, I hope so. I'm just patiently waiting for the receipt now :) I'm not stressed over it though - I think I've done everything right and I'm certainly not here for economic purposes (guffaw...) so I'm sure everything will be just peachy. :P

Good luck and god speed JJ, Cristina was nauseous through most of her pregnancy but then the Doc told her that Prilosec was kosher for pregnancy and everything was great after that and look at all that girls hair no wonder she had heartburn  but she turned out to be a beauty! Cristina and I just want to know who her parents are because they did such good work

All done for the next 10 years...

JayJay!

How are you doing, sweetie?

I can't believe I missed everything that happened with Ben last year. I tried

YM'ing you a number of times but I think that account is dead ("onel...")

Ben is such an idiot for letting you go, I can't believe he did what he did.

I'm really happy you found someone special.

Let's keep in touch, k? (You still owe me a cup of coffee next time you're in NY - haha ;)

What is that supposed to mean? I don't want to Pooh Pooh on your post, but aren't you coming off as a little "holier than thau" here?

I wish you the best of luck in the RC and the baby Jay dear, but this part of your post was a bit off tone.

Peace, L.

It means that statistically, England isn't a high-fraud country. That's not to say that English

people never commit immigration fraud (I'm sure some do), just that they do it less than

other (especially third-world) nationalities.
