I have a co-sponsor but In 2006 or 2007, She made less than 125% of the poverty level for the last tax year.

This year she make more than 125 % poverty level. She could send a copy of her of employment letter, but I don't know if that would be enough.

Can She be my co-sponsor ?

Thank you

If the Joint-sponsor has a household member that also works, the Joint-sponsor can use the household member to help make up for the shortfall, the household member will provide form I-864A and supporting financials.

Bank statement is NOT a requirement of form I-864, bank statement is only needed if using it as an asset.

Keep in mind we are not talking TAKE-HOME pay, I-864 uses gross income BEFORE Tax, and Deductions. Most people in the USA make well above the povertyline.

If including pay stubs, 6 months is considered to be over-kill, just a few recent ones are fine.
