haaaaaaaa I'm glad I wasn't the only one. You're daughter weighed 6-13, my son was also the same weight. he was only 18 inches though...so tiny. We use to be able to pass him with just one hand. I don't know what the hell happened after the 6th week. He just blew up.

There comes a point in your life when you realize who matters, who never did, who won't anymore... and who always will.

So, don't worry about people from your past, there's a reason why they didn't make it to your future.

Hi Ladies, hope you are all having a wonderful day.

I'm still putting together my K1 application and its definitely taking a toll on me! Anyway 3 questions:

1) Is it one or two passport type photos that should be included with the G325A?

2)For the description of how we met, I have two paragraphs, one long and one short, is this too much information or not enough? I've read on this site that it should not be too specific but then elsewhere on the site I've read I should be very specific.

3) Does it matter if I pay with a personal check or money order? I was thinking of using a personal check.

Thanks for your help!

Mumsie,

Make it short but accurate. Things that your SO will remember...Place, Date, what you were doing. The more info you give them....the more questions they can generate to ask him...Short, but concise!

One to two paragraphs should be good....it's 'War & Peace' novels that I would say NO too!

Bless,

Gill

P.S.- PERSONAL CHECK PERSONAL CHECK PERSONAL CHECK!!! You can track the progress of your application better!

yup what she said.....and photo copy the check as well....just to have another type of record.....you know how they can be with paperwork!!!

Ohhh,

thanks for reminding me Nans....photo copy your Entire application (a PITA...I KNOW, but trust me ...you'll thank us for it in the end!)....especially the 'how you met part' ...send a copy to SO and let him start memorizing it from NOW!!! I can't memba bout deh passport pictura dem...

Bless,Gill

This was on the I-129F checklist

7. G-325A (all four pages) filled out by the US Citizen signed and dated (see example)

8. One passport-type photo (see specification) of the US Citizen. Write the full name of the US citizen on the back. Place in a plastic bag and label the bag "Photo of <Insert US Citizen's Name>". Attach the bag to a sheet of paper and place behind the corresponding G-325a.

9. G-325A (all four pages) filled out by the foreign fiance(e) signed and dated (see example)

10. One passport-type photo (see specification) of the foreign fiance(e). Write the full name of the foreign fiance(e) on the back. Place in a plastic bag and label the bag "Photo of (insert foreign fiance(e) name) ". Attach the bag to a sheet of paper and place behind the corresponding G-325a.

Good morning my beautiful SITAHS!

Heavenly father you sure are moving fast this year. As we enter the third week in March please bless my sisters dear God. I ask that you watch over those that have interviews this week and that you guide the CO as they go through each case. Lord, I ask that you enable those that need to work out personal problems in their lives that you will give them the STRENGTH to do so. I know the DEVIL has his plans, but as long as we keep you near and dear to our hearts he has no bearings. The DEVIL cannot touch us or derail us from the plans that the Almighty has set forth.

My Lord, I ask that you still watch over all the precious pregnancies and I thank you for blessing KIMMY so that she's able to eat something. I ask that you touch Gill dear God as she has come upon a stump in the road. Please carry her and bless her and Ken as the take the next steps in their wonderful and blessed life together. I just want to thank you for standing over the Embassy last week and guiding her and Ken through the process; and all the other that had interviews that day. Lord, I ask that you remain with Marla and Jason as they too have come upon a stump in the road. Lord, please order their steps, so that Jason can be with his beautiful wife. Lord, I ask that you bring Jengs hubby back safely to the states and Lord, please watch over her children. Lord, please lay your hand Browning and make her better, healthier and stronger.

TONISHA....Lord, her big day is comming. Help her to remain focused.

Lord, for all my other sisters, I asked on my bended knees that you watch over them. Protect us and guide us from any obstacles that may be in our way. Give us the STRENGTH to push them down, dear God. Give us the STRENGTH dear god...give us the STRENGTH.

All these things I/we pray, in Jesus precious name. Amen.

Thanks Lawny....and good luck trying to keep me focused!

TTYL,

T

What you up to girl? I just booked a trip to JA (Sunset Jamaica Grande) for June for some family and friends. They had a trip for 5 days for $686 per person, so Ray's going to stay there with me and doesn't even know it. I'm going to surprise him if I can keep my big mouth shut that long. lol

My Meez is at the airport a little early, don't you think???

We booked a trip for November. We're thinking of staying a few days at Sunset JA Grande. Let me know how it is and if it's friendly for locals. You know how some places are!

From the infromation I've received already, it seems as if SJG's a good place for locals and tourists. I did hear about them being strict when it comes to people coming on the property (to the lobby area) that are not guests', but I'll have to see when I get there. I'll let you know.

SJG is fine for locals but they are pretty strict about making sure whatever locals are there, have armbands. When me & dave were there in Nov. the Day pass was $80 for locals and they have to be accompanied by someone who has a room there to get that. You won't see any locals on the property if they don't work there & it's not someone staying there. That wasn't a problem for us but alot of people got a rude awakening when they "met" someone and then tried to bring them up there to hang out....they got turned away.

All in all, it was a good place because of the location, the staff and the food was decent but they don't cater to locals at all, from what i saw.

Girl, they are a TOO damn strict with that. I had to cuss them out in June last year. A friend of mine was getting married and Sandals, so a lot of the guest stayed at Jamaica Grande (most of the guest were Jamaica). I had to tell off the security guard, because we walked into the town and they must of changed shift. He's going to quesition my cousins and I about how long we've been on the property. Now, we all had our wristband on. I asked him if he was damn blind and when he stood in front of us I lost it. I said, you would not treat anyone else like that so step the *&%^ off. He wanted to know when whe checked in and that he had not seen us on the property. Main reason I hate staying at resorts, I think they treat the JAMAICANS differently. At the Riu, I purchased day passes for my cousins and the guard wanted them to stay at the gate then walk up. Now, the walk from the gate to the front desk is a long A$$ walk. I said abosolutely NOT! I told them to call the front desk. Why the hell would I try to sneak people into the property, which was what the guard implied. I was so damn upset. When he checked his log, he had my cousin's names there.

I love Jamaica Grande, because everything is right there. Ochi can be a little crazy at times and I'm sure ya'll already know. Hold on to your HANDBAGS...all they have to see is the WRISTBAND and you're an instant target.

That's a shame... They reason don't have to be that strict. When I stayed at Sandcastles in February, Ray bite off our wristbands. I was like omg, what are you doing. He said we don't need people knowing where we stay. It was fine to do at Sandcastles, but probably not at any of the other resorts. I wonder what he'll do when we stay at SJG together in June...

BITE THAT ONE OFF TOO!:lol::lol:

(Just messin' with ya Mich....)
