11 years ago I help my friend's son to get an F1 Visa (form ID-20, studen visa).

I thought I filed form I-134 for him. I do not remember the date I submitted.

I may rember the year. I now file I-134 for K1visa for my fiancee, in question 9, it askes for

"the name of the pesrson and date submitted".

If I do not remember the date can I put 00/00/96 or xx/xx/96 or . . .

Any suggestion please.

I think that you can put like you say. Or you can put a note where you say that you don't remenber the exact date. Or omit that because it'll affect the I-134 only if the date will be recent due to the person sponsored will count in your dependants (If it will be recent).

Thank for your response, I though the same way.
