Q on NVC process

Hi All,

We finally got our NVC number. Since we have a lawyer, our first packet from NVC was sent to our lawyer containing IV Processing Fee Bill and AOS Processing Fee Bill. Am too impatient to wait for the lawyer to confirm if she has gotten the packet and how much the fees are, so decided to come here to ask. I have several questions to ask, please bear with me:

1. How much are the fees?

2. Will the packet also contain the Forms? or will the forms be generated AFTER the fees are paid?

3. Can we already fill out the forms even before it has been generated?

Hello congratulations on the NVC number...

1. IV fee bill was 380.00 AOS was 70.00

2. NVC sends instructions on how to download Forms from website they send a face sheet with a barcode and your spouses name on it to be placed on top of every set of forms you send in. That is the piece of paper you wait on from NVC, along with instructions on how to go to the website to download forms you need.

3. so the answer would be yes but you have to wait on the face sheet they send with the barcode on it. They also include an self addressed envelope to mail the forms back to them..

Actually the IV Fee is now $400.00 and AOS Fee is still $70.00.
