waves hand in air and says yes - but just this last week but nothing in mail to lawyer as of tonight or us so no clue what those people want since everything was there and I mean everything.

Got it on both applications -same day - growling here.

Cheers i think and oh you got one late last month and what??? nothing in mail yet??? If you have not recieved anything I would be so calling their number on Monday morning even tho I have deleted it from speed dial -

Sorry its late and just saw another of your post , but if you sent back the evidence, it can take some time for it to be placed with the file - and then you are again waiting for another adjudicator to look at it. Blasted blimey gits.

I am just glad your FRE was for you K3, since everyone is saying that the USCIS is not doing any work on I129f peititons. I am not glad you received it though. I read that they have to respond to your RFE in a certain amount of time on the USCIS webiste in the employee manual. If i see it again, i will let you know what the time frame is.

Thanks for the advice on My "FRE"

I got the "Case resumed Evidence Recieved" letter sent out to me 2/29/2008 so I'm guessing I wait another 2 weeks before it goes to nvc and then to Algiers somebody give me good news

Oooh actually does anyone know about when the evidence calls for photographs of me and my spouse if my spouse took photos within the 30 days and he sent it to me via email and I got them printed here in USA will they accept that evidence or does the photographs actually have to be sent from that country/??? I know its a stupid question but I'm scared with USCIS that maybe they'll find any excuse to not give me the K3!! As soon as they requested evidence I sent the evidence the VERY NEXT DAY. Since it went to them so fast I'm kind of scared and anxious for the outcome of my K3!
