My senator's office confirms that K-3s are being cancelled

Nope, I believe that the USCIS has told you they canceled your case. You could care less your I130 is approved. I do not remember denying your reality or anyone else's.

The humerus thing about his post is there is another one stating that their senator stated that the USCIS is still processing petitions for the K3 visa. So noelandtintin you prove to me, which one is fact! Prove the fact. This is a fact to you, but how are you going to prove what is fact. By presenting evidence in documentation.

We dont live in a world that is black and white. Not every fact can be presented with a documentation.

I remember growing up in Philippines during the Marcos (A Philippine dictator) era, that Marcos had a small village literally burned down because he thought or thinks this village was hiding someone that he was looking for.

You wont find any of this event that happened in any newspapers. I wouldnt be able to "prove" to you that this fact had actually happened. But it is a fact nonetheless.

As I was writing this, I just realized that there's proabably many similar undocumented facts that happened say... In Nazi Germany. You'd probably have a hard time convincing the families of those that suffered that what happened was not a fact.

As a matter of fact, I just realized that undocumeted facts happen everyday. The cancellations of K3s on this forum is proof of that fact. :-)

There is no doubt these events have happened, but USCIS has never been known to follow their own standard operating procedure. One VJesr was told their K3 was adminstratively closed after the approval of the I-130 only to have the K3 approved a few months later. In time the events will show a trend one way or the other.

The Senate does have a committee to oversee the USCIS, but our Federal process is very slow. Maybe if enough petitioners keep contacting their senators something will be done in the future.

The NVC does seem to be better. Unfortunately, I have not been impressed by the NVC or the Department of State. If our visa ever gets approved we still have to deal with the USCIS delays in the AOS process.

That is true but there are K-3s still in process that will come out the other end of the tunnel. They seem to be cancelling the I-129s that were received in July and forwards but the ones received prior to that mystery date look like they will continue on their normal course.

If those K3 were filed before July, then they deserve to be priority. :-)
