it seems all 3 of us are around the same time, wonder what's going on ? my file hasn't been touched since the Feb 24th, I'm getting really curious too, I'm trying to have patience but I know it's been wearing on me lately that we've been skipped over.

I wish you guys the best, I know exactly what you must be going through, let's hang in there and we shall be rewarded....

If you go to visajourney.com into the charts section, it shows the VSC as processing applications right around our dates, hope that has some significance and our time comes soon.

01/14/08 - Sent I-129F to VSC

01/16/08 - I-129F delivered and received by VSC

01/16/08 - NOA1 issued (Notice date)

02/24/08 - Touched

04/03/08 - NOA2

06/12/08 - Medical

07/09/08 - Interview

07/26/08 - POE Chicago en route to Miami

i hope all you 'touchy' folks will find your approvals soon. ;) I'm sure the rfe's slowed it down a bit but now that it's back under review it should be no time at all! Fingers crossed you're on a speedy adjuticator's desk now and that you see your approvals before the end of the week. go VSC!

I am definitely feeling that way too... I'm trying to bite my tongue and think positive thoughts. But it's hard to do when I'm seeing people being approved in a matter of days after filing. Hopefully after the NOA2 everything else will be speedy. :)

2nd September 2008 - Married

19th September - Mailed AOS/EAD/AP to Chicago lockbox

25th September - Check cashed $1010.00 (OUCH!!)

29th September - Received NOA's for AOS/EAD/AP

13th October - AOS Petition transferred to CSC!!!

17th October - Biometrics (Tampa Office)

17th October - AOS/EAD Touched

20th October - AOS Touched

21st October - AOS Touched

6th November - AOS/EAD/AP Touched (probably due to change of address)

10th December - EAD approved

hmmm, you're probably having more of the good days lately coz you are smelling the NOA2 in the air already? :yes:

have you read about hoosier's approval? they didn't get any email & their online status still says pending but they got a touch on march 20 and they received the NOA2 hardcopy today with and approval date of March 20 :yes: .... who knows one of those touches you've got means the hardcopy has been sent already. It will be soon for you guys, I can smell it in the air :thumbs: .. the last time I said those words, i went to sleep and then woke up with an approval email. :yes:

It's 12midnight here and I need to be going to bed now BUT I certainly hope to wake up and see new january approvals and of course Saffs approval (F) It is coming very very soon!

hmmmm, i'm wondering about that also :whistle: .. j/k...

psiprez: you're time is coming, it can't mean another thing, it's definitely NOA2 on its way...

liam&sam: i was also touched several times on the early part of the process and then it stopped on feb. 24 and there was just nothing til our approval 3 weeks after. It can't be very long now for you too. Just stay strong and keep the faith. (F)
