can we just print the information on the website here to get an early medical cause they when scheduled everything they scheduled on the same day so i need to have her get it done early

We had the same error on our dates. My wife just went to St. Luke's about 3 weeks before the embassy interview date with a copy of appointment, passport and 3 pasport sized pictures, and of course, the money to pay in pesos.
First trip 01-17-07
Married 02-05-07
What Service Center was filed at? Nebraska transferred to California
Provide dates for the following:
I-130 sent (Mailed)..........................3-12-07
1st NOA (Receipt Notice) .................3-29-07
2nd NOA (Approval Notice) e-mail.....6-15-07
Bill for I-864 processing fee rcd and sent..7-24-07
I-864 Packet Received......................8-18-07
I-864 Mailed to NV............................8-20-07
Bill for DS-230 received....................8-29-07
Payment for DS-230 sent..................8-30-07
DS-230 Packet received..................10-25-07
DS-230 Packet sent to NVC..............10-29-07
Case Completed..............................11-16-07
Case Forwarded to Embassy.............11-30-07

Let her have the early medical less than a month prior to the interview. Just bring the following:
* appointment letter and photocopy
* 2x2 pictures with name at the back ,white background, ears are visible yes.gif (bring 4)
*passport and photocopy it for keeps coz SLEC will get it on the 2nd day
*black ballpen not sign pen yes.gif
*wipe out (in case you have erasures) yes.gif
*FEE its increased as of March wink.gif
* a book to read while waiting yes.gif
* a jacket laughing.gif

Prepare this info:
* his/her address in the US and phone numbers
*passport number
*alien number .......it is the case number ...(i just knew that when i have my medical)
*POE
* If the beneficiary has family in the US, get the full name and address and phone numbers already

Remember: Sign the forms properly and make sure the signature is signed properly coz they will surely let you repeat the signature over and over until its the same as it appear on your PDS.GOODLUCK

* May 22,2008- Got 2 Credit Card Accounts approval
* May 23-28,2008- Visit Alabama,Mississippi and Louisiana

* June 09,2008 - NOA arrived (PROBLEM:My first name spelled incorrectly)
* Aug. 02, 2008- Rcvd a USCIS letter that they corrected the typo error

Actually it wasn't an error... good.gif Most CR1/IR1 cases get that same day appointments that's why it's all up to the applicants to adjust the schedule - do the medical ahead of time.

09/02/2009 - Mailed our ROC (I-751) - And the waiting game begins again - ARGH!
09/04/2009 - CSC received it
09/09/2009 - Check cashed (according to online banking)
Didn't receive NOA at all
10/05/2009 - Infopass for the extension on GC and early Biometrics
10/19/2009 - Assigned Biometrics appointment
10/20/2009 - Card production email received - woohoo!!! It was sooo fast!
10/21/2009 - Touched
10/23/2009 - Received the approval notice in the mail
10/26/2009 - Touched (just saying they mailed a notice that they approved my case)
10/26/2009 - GC in the mail - YES!
