I received an email update from USCIS that our K-1 petition has been approved. :dance::thumbs::dance:

This is the NOA2, right? Isn't that the longest step usually?

I sent in the petition to Vermont on Jan 12th. It was approved in 45 days.

I think it goes faster now, right?

Thats wonderful!! Congratulations!! :) I hope and pray for the rest of us who do not seem to get the same response time. Hmmmmm in the order received, interesting how they state that!! Really though, I am very happy for you and no one deserves to wait more than a day without the one they love!! Truly congrats!! :)

she will receive the packets listing all the required docs. just make sure they are filled out correctly and go to the interview with her. if she has kids, make sure you list them on the application, even if they will follow to Join within a year of the issuance of the K1 visa.
