My attorney is not answering phone calls or emails for the last 2 weeks . I am doing a cr1 visa and the information package was sent out more than 3 weeks ago by nvc to my attorney who is doing absolutely nothing on my case and not returning emails or phone calls. I am tempted to go ahead and file my I 864 without him next week with the james short cut and a copy of my tax returns and pay stub to get it in process because my thought is even if i get an rfe, its at least i n process. I also had already sent all my husbands originals as well as my impossible to get marriage license and certificate. He already has 1500 of my money and I owe him an additional 5oo because he charges that for this phase but he already forgave that amount because he messed up 3 times on my case, wrong birthdate, lost my check for my k3 and mailed it without it and then didnt check up on the fee change and sent in the bills late and caused a 2 month delay at nvc. I have been done since november 27 at uscis and so far , all i have are my fee bills paid and none of my papers have been sent it. The nvc mailed out a packet to him feb 4 and i sent him documents feb 14 requesting his help with a medical expedite . I have already paid him a ton of money to mess up oer and over again and I really like him but this not communicating with me during the most critical time of the process is draining and nerve wracking. I literally am very scared to do the james short cuts but knowing they already have sent out the package and will probably accept what i send them makes doing the short cut at least for the i 864 very tempting.. I am really really really mad at my attorney right nnow and i actuall y have to wait until next week till i get a paystub to mail out the i 864 anyway, with a copy of my check and my paystub along with ther paper work. Hes NOT talking to me ad frankly i think he s feeling bitter he said i didnt have to pay the remaining 500..

What would you guys do? Woould you go ahead and file the i 864 at least to get it in the system at least? Should I wait a few more weeks before firing him... and then have my husband go get docs again and remail them to me.. I need my docs back from the attorney. I am tempted dto drive to the other state to go get them ( i found him on this site ... he advertises) what should i do at this point? =he is a nice guy but i think hes lost my stuff ad doesnt want to tell me... i cant take this wait anymore

Sad stuff hun, bin his ####### do it yourself and then send your remarks to the American Bar Assocation in which he has xxxx amount of days to respond back to the ABA- this course of action does not result in monetary fulfillment, but at least if he acted in bad faith and without compliance, he can get slapped around a bit.

Good Luck
