Thanks Jom. That really helped

Another question on that same form please...For number 3 that asks your Full Name in Native Alphabet, I had a N/A as the answer. Am I correct? Or I will just simply put there my Complete Name (though I dont think I got a name in native tongue other than my name in English Alphabet!:bonk:)

thanks nikmia and Roy, yazi. I have my mother's maiden name on that part...

But the thing is, I got N/A on #3 that asks about my name in native alphabet [as filled up by our lawyer! (I hope our lawyer don't know this site, or she will really discover that I don't entirely trust her! )

Will I have to print another 157 and write my Full name on that part(my name in english alphabet)? :hehe:

Thanks alot and sorry for being so inquisitive (and mostly to questions with obvious answers! :o ). I just want these things done as accurately as possible. Thanks a lot VJ family.....

maybe we can send a link to VJ's Example Forms to your lawyer. if it was me, I'd just white out the N/A entered by the lawyer and hand write full name in English Alphabet in space #3. I don't know if having N/A in that space will matter or not. we''ll see what others think.

On question # 3, I wrote my complete name (First, Middle, Last) in English characters. I just follow the example here in VJ forms. I believe that's how it should be written though  . Goodluck sis!
