I've noticed that I'm getting the same lady lately when I call DOS. I wonder if they've cut down their staff. I used to get a different person each time.

When I would call DOS I would always get the same 2 people. Don't know if it was just the days and time that I called or what.....good luck!

I got Chris today, he seemed like he was in a 'huffy puffy' mood at first, but (maybe it was my voice on the verge of tears) he ended up being more kind towards the end of our conversation.

I don't know if it's the many times I've called, but I have started to recognize each voice LOL

He was the one who said that we'll know we are getting the visa when it's in our hands! I'm glad I haven't gotten him in a while.

I got Chris this morning too. Useless as a door knob on a ceiling. It helps to lower your voice and make your tone sultry with him, or so I have noticed.

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

I am spending my morning being a floor ####### and begging my pending customers to write an order. So far no luck. I am like super broke now and freaking out over money. grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr I hate when this happens.

Good luck to all those dealing with DOS operators.

Yesssss he's also the one who once told me (after i asked how much longer aproximately did he think this would take?), "there are cases that have taken yearssss". He's always so grumpy, that there have been times when I have hung up (sometimes out of fear and even just a nervous reaction :lol: ) when I hear his voice. Today I hung in there long enough, cause it had been a few weeks since I called them :blush: .

I personally like Sue and another one I can't remember her name, but her voice has an accent (i don't know from where exactly) but both of them offer any info they can, plus they are very sweet and respectful.

And quite frankly I think we all deserve a little respect when calling them or any agency!
