does anybody here got For memo about signature during their medical examinations?

Hello again, I received for memo during my medical exams. When I asked one from the slec employee she said it doesnt matter ma'am its just for signature. Because my signature have a little different the way I signed it in my passport. What does it means? Is it can cause problems? Or its just ok?

anybody have experienced this?

You don't have to worry about that... My signature on my passport was different from my regular signature and they noticed that during my medical. I remember signing a small paper because of that and it never was a problem during the entire process.

Because of too much nervousness i forgot how i write my signature ...the lady gave me a small paper for memo for the signature. Dont worry, you will be fine.

I remember I have different signature also on my passport and gave me a small paper for correction of signature. Don't worry about it

same here. i had my xray and when i signed it the nurse says it doesnt match! yikes! so i have to redo it again and the nurse told me that, that piece of paper will be my last chance to make it right lol

If the small paper for memo is the last chance to correct my signature then it worst....heehhehe because when I was in x-ray room I feel shaking because its too cold and i only wore a lab gown, its very cold inside and my memo getting different I think.....hehehehe....thats why I keep on practice my signature from my passport. Hope that would not be the last chance. Thank you.
