GUYS I HATE TO START ANOTHER TOPIC... BUT THIS IS REALLY WEIRD

VSC APPLICANT ARE FINALLY IN THE SYSTEM FOR I 130 AS OF FEB 24 08..

OK, SO I FILED MY APP IN OCT 07 AND THEY RECEIVED IT IN OCT 07 BUTTTTTTTTTTTT

ON THE ONLINE SYSTEM IT SAYS WE RECEVIED UR I130 JAN 11..........

UMM NO THEY DID NOT, THEY RECEIVED MINE OCT 16.. I HAVE PROOF FROM THE RETURN RECEIPT.. SOO WHY THEY HEK ARE THEY MOVING ME TO JANUARY.. JAN 11 08 IS ACTUALY MY NOTICE DATE THOUGH...

AM I CONFUSED OR IS USCIS TRYING TO SAY THEY DONT HONOR THE OCT DATE???

I WIL CAL THEM MONDAY MORNING TO CLEAR UP MY UNDERSTANDING OR MISUNDERSTANDING..

12-19-08 VISA ISSUED! in hand!

Yes hun,

We were handled into their corral back in August of 2007 but our reciept date was December 21, 2007 - so that is the date of receipt of NOA1 - how they work the dates, God knows, but I dont call anymore - it just blows me away to wonder what they may say.

25/sep/2007 - NOA1 arrived

23/apr/2008 - APPROVED

Timeline estimated adjudication on March 4, 2008. It was adjudicated on April 23.

Our I-130 was approved in 258 days.

09/oct/2007 - I-129F Packet sent to CSC

10/oct/2007 - I-129F Packet received

12/oct/2007 - NOA1 receipt date

20/oct/2007 - NOA1 received

23/apr/2008 - APPROVED

Timeline estimated adjudication on April 4, 2008. It was adjudicated on April 23.

Our I-129f was approved in 197 days.

08/may/2008 - replied to my e-mail sent on april 30, saying that our petition has been sent to the consulate.

dear october filers for I-130 for VSC we will get our NOA2 in 2 months or less :thumbs: ,just litle more patient and our casess will be on it's way to NVS. be strong ladys and gents :blush: my concern is how long it takes to get approved by the NVS after our I-130 will be approved by USCIS? I hope not to long. Anyway look that way 5 months gone allready and we are standing strong with our loved ones over seas. we are not physicly with them evry day, but our souls are. what is another 2 monts? or even more?october fillers our time will came :thumbs: we are almost there :thumbs: don't give up your hopes. Congrats for those who recieved their NOA2 and good luck who are waiting for thier NOA2 :thumbs: God bless

GOD going to work now but just four emails from USCIS four of them two for each application and they are not the joyous approvals after all this time, RFE - soddy gits. I dont know what they want ...but fired off letter to lawyer stating HANDLE THIS NOW.

FYI everyone.. someone posted on VJ that the when VSC filers finally are able to chekc their status online.. it says we have received your i-130 petition january xxxxxx which turns out to be our notice date.. well they can actually see when it was received in their mailroom.. we cant !!! so if ur i130 was received in october they wil go by october they said.. and basicaly jan was ur notice date.. so its all good.. not to woryy..
