yep, it's not possible. try requesting online because it's quicker - i received mine 4 days after i made the request.

hi all,

is it possible to get it in one day? e-census takes at least 2 weeks. teleserv at least 10 days. any ideas? thanks.

oh....i got my CENOMAR in less than two hours....in our local NSO office here in Iligan city. In manila...it is NOT possible because of the bulk of clients.

It takes about 6 days for you to get the CENOMAR.Go directly to the nearest NSO office at your place and request for the certificate.

i guess i have to resort to giving the usual "donation" just to get the ball rolling here in manila. i know we shouldn't encourage it but depserate times need desperate measures. they do have the serbilis service now w/c should make getting nso documents faster tho. i'm going to call them if they can issue cenomar in their office. thanks.
