Wow...my petition can be viewed now too...they are on a roll...since they are on August filers us october and november filers should be hearing something soon.

Mine has that date too....

Congrats to all for being able to finally view cases on line. Someone already asked this question but I did not see a response. My I130 was received in the mailroom on September 6Th, 2007-NOA1 is dated 1/18/08. This 1/18/08 is the date that's showing online. Des anybody know if this is the date their going to use for processing our cases??? I really hope not because that would mean another 5 mths for an NOA2 if they're working on August dates of data-entry.

Hey whaddya know-I can see mine now too.

Today is Sunday, and yesterday I couldn't. Those guys don't actually work on weekends, do they? I was wondering if they actually work at all...

It seems like we all have today's date (the 24th) and so this is probably just the date that we made it into the online system. I don't think it means anything else.

They are listing the NOA1 date as the received date.

Yes this is the date that you were entered into the system. I am CSC and even though my NOA1 date is 1/14, my update online is 1/18 because that is the date it was finally entered online.

Also visible online as of 24th Feb .... NOA1 date showing like you guys.

Maybe they're just deciding to throw all the I-130's in together and do them at once

Hey guys!

I can see my case online now! I was touched today...which may just mean that my case was put online..who knows

I seen mine online and the next update was an approval. That said I got an RFE for my daughter, I sent in the birth certificate (the one that isn't required), it's been touched 11 out of the last 14 days. Another weird thing is that it is touched on weekedends and even the last federal holiday. My wife's package has already been sent to the VISA Center for processing but the USCIS case was touched the 24th as well as my daughters. Still no approval for her. I also was told the computer glitch story....BS. Once it is online it is workng fine. I don't think they are putting them online until almost completed or they have to issue and RFE. Who knows with them anymore - we sent everything and now poooffffff - RFE both applications luv it, wonder what little item they want .......already gave them first born child....must be looking for something else. j/k ...but interesting that not online until recently and then wham bam touch every day and then WOOOFFFF - you got mail...oh yes, RFE time....soddy gits the lot of them.

lol very true....i dont even call them anymore so it could be anything but do have a feeling on this one - its something they have lost - they had everything and it was done on software program triple checked - cant wait to see what this little goodie is -

oh well tack on another month or so of bs from them and we shall then see
