Hi,

Just recieved package from my fiance that she printed and signed. One problem, It was printed and signed on A4 size paper. I assume this will be no good to submit.

Also, Her signature looks like it was with a felt marker instead of ink, even though she says it was an ink pen. Just another concern.

I think my only recourse is to send her the forms to sign.

Any suggestions/comments?

Thank you

I wouldn't worry about either situation. If she says she signed with a pen, then it will be fine.

Good luck for a speedy approval.

Being how nit picky they are I would reprint them on letter size, because I'm sure they would give you a RFE. Since you haven’t submitted the I-129F petition, this should be easy and quick to correct.

Thanks for the repsonse. "Quick" would be about 1 week becuase she says she can't get 8.5 * 11 paper. Plus about $200 to ship there and back via DHL.

Thanks again

Wow thats pretty expensive. Well it depends if you want to risk getting a RFE or not, being that takes some time to sort out the RFE's. Best of luck though

ccmkoho,

The paper size is not an issue.

Does the signature look like it could possibly be a photocopy? That would be a potential problem.

Paper size doesn't matter, ours were European A4 standard and no problems. We also signed using a skinny felt tip drawing/sketching marker and this was also fine. The ink from the marker bleeds through to the other side of the paper, so it's fairly obvious that it's not a photocopied signature.

Best of Luck!

I'm afraid the OP didn't stick around long enough to find out that A4 is just fine.
