Why the reported processing time discrepancy?

If you scroll down to the reported NOA1 to NOA2 time frame at the Vermont Service Center, it says the wait is currently 61 days:

...yet this link (to the Vermont Service Center itself) says that they are now only processing I-130s from early June of last year:

By the first report, I might have my wife here within the 6-months I'd originally heard it should take. By the second report, I might have to wait much longer.

Am I reading this wrong?

these are just estimates.

VSC is faster but more like 4 to 6 months from NOA1 to NOA2 if no RFE's.

VJ is based on what we enter so the database can get you and all of us better estimates.

The USCIS is what it is, just gov't latest info which isn't really up to date.
