i just got a job...what do i write on G325 form?

hey guys

i am the us citizen filing for my fiancee.

i used to work back in 2003 but ever since then i hav been student. now i just got a job this month(working for my father at restaurant)...what should i write in the occupation section in G325 form? can they reject because i do not have any tax returns ? also can they reject me for not having enough income?

plz help :(

If you were not working and do not have tax returns I think you need to write a statement to this fact and probably need to provide some proof (someone correct me if I am wrong).

If you do not make enough you can have a cosponsor who meets the poverty guidelines.

Write down the dates that you were unemployed - include that with your employment record.

Also, if you do not earn enough then you will need a co-sponsor.

11/2004 - Met in Brazil

09/2006 - Apply for K1

03/2007 - K1 approved

04/2007 - Apply for AOS & EAD

07/2007 - EAD approved

01/2008 - Conditional Residency approved

11/2009 - Apply to remove conditions

02/2010 - Permanent Residency approved

11/2010 - Apply for Citizenship

03/2011 - Citizenship approved

07/2011 - Moved back to Brazil
