You can use 864EZ, if you are showing your employment as proof and you have only one person sponsoring on your application. You don't have to provide bank statements.

This is the first I have heard of the EZ form?? Im sorry because I see an answer, but please clarify:

If I am the only sponsor (no need for a second or joint sponsor) then I can file this EZ form?

That is good news. Just proof of employment and prior years tax returns?

thanks

Lisa

"you fondle my trigger then you blame my gun"

Timeline: 13 month long journey from filing to visa in hand

If you were lucky and got an approval and reunion with your loved one rather quickly; Please refrain from telling people who waited 6+ months just to get out of a service center to "chill out" or to "stop whining" It's insensitive, and unecessary. Once you walk a mile in their shoes you will understand and be heard.

Thanks!

Yes. If you're the only sponsor and if you're only using your income to sponsor your spouse. :-)

Does NVC provide both I-864EZ and I-864 forms which you pick and choose? Or do you have to download the I-864EZ? I submitted my AOS fee bill but yet to receive the AOS form. Today I received the IV fee bill. Does it matter the order in which we submit these forms?
