Packet 4 CR-1

I have my interview date in Sydney, Australia on 8th June. More a couriousity question here but is it the norm for embassy to send out packet 4 for CR-1 to the USC rather then the applicant? Seems a bit silly to me lol but thats what happened. I had thought it would come to me. :unsure:

Great news! Congrats! :D

The interview packet was sent to me too (USC). i made a photocopy of it and then shipped the original to my husband. i am the designated agent. i assume your spouse is too?

Yeah he is so I guess that is why. He is sending me the packet by mail but has already scanned and emailed it to me. Says the medical forms are not originals only copies so Im going with the print out of it and downloading the DS-230 part II. Am not waiting on the packet from him for the the forms but will at least have the original letter with interview date for the interview. Thank you for the response.

07.05.05 - Submitted form I-130 at USCIS in Germany

12.09.05 - CASE COMPLETED

March 27, 2006 - INTERVIEW!!!

PUT On AR (Cenomar thing!)

April 26 - VISA ISSUED

April 28, 2006 - VISA DELIVERED!!!

May 7 - FLY TO THE US! YEHEY!
