Right this isn't a post for people to reply, i'm just venting.........

September 07, i send in 129F petition........

California loses it......

California decides to finally tell me they lost it in January......

I send in new petition in January....................

California for some reason sends it to MSC............

MSC sends a rejection notice to me on the 8th becase they don't have juristiction(Well no sh*t, MSC shouldnt have had my application in the first place!).......

I receive notice today..................

I'm honestly think they are f*cking up on purpose.........................

Well now that i'm calmer... I've noticed that the receipt number has 130 in it so someone misread i guess and they sent it to chicago lock box?? thats whats written on the notice. But does chicago have the code MSC?

Anyway, I think i'm going to take everything to my congressman's office tomorrow. I wonder if they can either throw a letter demanding that it be adjudicated right away in the package or maybe given the string of errors send it for me to a different address or something. All i know is that I'm not sending to CSC by myself again.

I was gonna suggest before that maybe they'll fast-track it since they've screwed it up twice now but I didn't wanna be too hopeful or trusting in the system I guess :(

I think going to your Congressman's a pretty good idea. Maybe even putting a clear and firm (but polite) letter in from yourself to the next adjudicator explaining that it's happened twice now would help.

If you could get it transferred over to Vermont that's essentially the same thing as a fast track compared to Cali  Sorry no idea what MSC is.

Keep your chin up. It'll all be worth it in the end...

Of course! But I'm just gonna send the Corgi through the CSC first so it can growl at the adjudicators for you, so if it doesn't show up for awhile...totally not my fault :P :P

Why just have it growl? Send a boy puppy and have it "mark it's territory" on the adjudicator

But then they'll send the little guy off to some vivisection lab and lancer's case will never go through :(

Okay. I'm SURE it's happened before, probably tons of times. But what do the adjudicators do when they spill coke/milkshake/coffee/hot chocolate fudge sundae all over a person's file? :D:D:D That'd be awesome.

I'm convinced some one did this on purpose now. Looking through my file I can tell someone studied my file closely. For instance they wrote on the back of my photos and on some of my evidence as well as my forms. If they had seen the file in its entirety they knew there was no I130 present. Not to mention the word fiance is on practically everything. They were about to process it in CSC as they had stamped my check. Thats another oddity. My check was for $455. If it was an AOS the fee would have been greater, if it had been a K3 the fee would be less. There is no way that they could have missed all of this.

I think they saw that it was a replacement application for a previous application and instead of doing what they should have they knowingly screwed me over. I bet they were laughing about it for hours.

I wonder if I can convince the people who matter.................

MSC = Missouri Service Center. Better known as the National Benefits Center. Your AOS will be sent here from the Lockbox. They will adjudicate your AP and EAD, and forward your AOS to either the local office for an interview, or to the CSC (where you may be approved w/out interview).
