NVC sent out my Visa a week ago. I emailed IV @ MTL but they said NVC still had my file.

I don't want to bug / annoy them - buuuuuut I'd like to know when they get it and confirm everything is alright. Also wanted to see the average wait times now. I'd really hope to get an interview at least before the end of August.

Suggestions?

Sent your visa? you mean your file, right?

As per interview times, seems they are speeding up, so before August seems quite feasible.

:( Sometimes I can't even get it straight. It's crappy that I have to view the ability for my future wife to live here as a petition, then a file, then a visa .... like its a little pet or something that will eventually grow up to be a green card.

mine took almost 2 weeks to get to montreal from NVC ,
