08-18-08 - NOA for EAD,AP and AOS
08-21-08 - Received Biometrics Appointment Letter
09-09-08 - Biometrics Appointment 10am Kansas City
09-18-08 - I-485 transferred to CSC (got an email from USCIS)
10-07-08 - EAD Touched
10-19-08 - My birthday / Found out I am Pregnant!
10-22-08 - Grief, Pain, Sadness
11-06-08 - EAD card ordered; AP approved (USCIS website)
01-16-09 - AOS Touched
02-23-09 - Green Card (conditional) and welcome letter received in the mail
02-24-09 - Got the job in boyce and bynum lab

Interview Feb. 08, still waiting for visa. I called the embassy yesterday and they told me that the visa is getting printed :clock:

Im on the same boat as you... I had to reschedule my flight already from 02-23-08 which would have been this Saturday to March 7, 2008 which is next, next Friday.. :( :( :(

00-00-0000-Temple wedding-Mormon church

Mar.13, 2008-completed vaccinations-I693A supplement from CS

Mar. 18, 2008- sent the AOS package(I-485 and EAD)..applied for SSN..

Mar.19, 2008-Delivered. signed for by V Bustamante-took and passed written driving test

Mar.25, 2008-Check cashed-Received SSN

Mar.27,2008-Received NOA's in mail-Case available online

Mar.28, 2008-Received Biometrics appointment in mail-04/08/08

Apr.08,2008-Biometrics DONE

Apr.08-09,2008-TOUCHED

Apr.14,2008-Transfer Notice date to California(I-485)

Apr.17,2008-Received Notice in the mail about the transfer

Apr.20 and 22,2008-I-485 TOUCHED..No touch on EAD

Apr.24, 2008-Received AR driver license

May 16, 2008- I-765 Card production ordered -1st email

hello guys may i ask how will you guarantee that your fiance visa was approved or not?

I guess they normaly tell you right away (interview day) weather you are approved or not :unsure:

good day! may i ask guys how will i know if my fiance visa interview was approved or not? i got my interview feb 7, but until now i'm still waiting for my visa. i'm so much worried about it. please help me ease my worries. thank you!

if they asked u to pay for the visa delivery fee..then u are approved! the consul told me i that i am approved but not all consuls do that though...if u paid delbros the delivery fee then u were approved. :)

Hi guys! A nice lady from the embassy called me this afternoon and told me that they have mailed out my visa this morning so i should be getting it on monday :dance:

I was just wondering, you do know that you are posting in a regional board right? "General Discussion Area > Regional Discussion > Philippines"

Thats why 99.99% are petition concerning Philippines as we are tryin to track how fast Manila Embassy sends out the petitions to Delbros if we cant get a local pickup... Just to let you know...
