How long does it take for package 3 send out?

I called the NVC, and also got the email confirmed that my petition has been sent to HCMC on Jan 31. I checked the DHL’s site, said, US Consulate received on Feb 2 @ 11:10. I today called US Consulate and spoke to a Lady to check my status. Said, hasn’t received it yet and also said, your info is ended, just wait ok...bye...bye. I just wonder why it takes so long for open a package 3? I will call them again next week.

I looked at timelines on the board, and it shows for Vietnam that it could be anywhere between a couple of days to a month.

Filed Removal of Conditions: 11/05/10

Rec'd NOA1: 11/08/10

Biometrics: 12/22/10

10 YR Greencard: 03/03/11 APPROVED

10 YR Greencard Rec'd: 03/08/11 RECEIVED
