hi all.. today i recieved packet 3!!! my fiancee did not recieve anything yet so either its still on the way or like others said...it got lost in the mexican postal system. anyhow...i had the same forms ready before it arrived thanks to VJ and everyone else. so now comes planning the trip. ahh thank god....were almost there.

I'm a bit confused here. How come you received package 3 instead of your fiancee? Embassy supposed to send her that package. But anyway...Congrats! :thumbs:

not sure if its a difference in the country but i read that mexico sends out a packet to the petitioner and the benificiary.

not sure if this makes a difference but the packet came from El Paso Texas.

Usually sent to the petitioner as well. Whoever receives it first has the opportunity to fill out and provide info and send it in. Mexican mail is very very slow. Better to have everything sent to the petitioner if in the United States.
