:goofy: Ok - I can't remember what everyone is doing on this. I think it is "suggested" that we two hole punch the tops of our stuff and Acco clip them, but I can't find a single Acco clip. I think when we did the AOS stuff I couldn't find one either and just ended up using a huge binder clip. What have all of you guys done so far in keeping your papers/documents/pictures together? Thanks! :goofy:

Yeah, as far as I've been able to find, Acco clips are only sold in packages of 50.

We bought a package of 50, and have used one every time we've filed anything with immigration. We've also used a second one each time to keep our own copies of what's been filed. And as a bonus, they work well for keeping each year's big long tax return packages together in our filing cabinet.

A package of 50 seems a bit wasteful, but it's not too expensive, considering it's a lifetime supply.

Maybe VJ'ers who are located in the same city could organize a way of sharing their Acco clips?

You can actually buy individual folders with those fasteners already in them. I forget where I saw them at......Office Depot, maybe? I bought just 2 of them.

Yes, we bought a folder that had an ACCO binder attached to it already. That's what we used for our AOS and for the I-751. I still have one more folder that I will use for the N-400.

:goofy: Thanks everyone. I will check some office supply stores. Anyone reading this from Tampa (Brandon area)? We just moved here in December and are still finding our way around. I haven't noticed an office supply store around here yet but I will Google it now. :goofy:

We used ACCO clips but ultimately it's unimportant. For every ####### type on VJ who hole punched and used ACCO clips, there must be at least a dozen other folks who did not; so you know USCIS has their own hole punching and clipping set-up. You're maybe saving some USCIS processing person a minute. What's important is the petition and the accompanying evidence.

Meh
