Timeline

HELLO EVERYONE I HAVE A QUESTION ABOUT THE INTERVIEW. WE RECENTLY GOT OUR NOA2 AND NOW WE ARE PREPARING FOR THE INTERVIE BUT AM VERY WORRIED BECAUSE I HAVEN'T BEEN WORKING SINCE OCTOBER 13, 2007 DUE TO A CAR ACCIDENT BUT I HAVE BEEN RECIEVING CHECKS FROM MY INSURANCE COMPANY FOR LOSS OF WAGE. I AM THE PRIMARY SPONSOR AND AM ALSO GONNA HAVE A CO-SPONSOR. DO YOU GUYS THINK MY NOT WORKING CURRENTYLY GONNA BE A PROBLEM? I AM VERY WORRIED PLZ HELP!

08/20/07-----Mailed I-129F to CSC

08/21/07-----Recieved at CSC

09/26/07-----NOA1

02/06/08-----Touched (RFE Trick) and approved the same day.

02/07/08-----NOA2 VIA Cris E-mail

02/11/08-----NOA2 Hard Copy Recieved

02/25/08-----Received at NVC

02/27/08-----Left NVC

03/03/08-----Received at Embassy

04/03/08-----Interview! APPROVED!!! YEA YEA YEAH

04/08/08-----VISA In Hand!!!! WOOOO HOOOO!!!

04/18/08-----She's finally coming home POA IAD!!!

As far as I know, if your income is below the poverty line, you will need a co-sponsor (who's income can meet the requirements) and since you mentioned that you'll have one, it looks like you will be fine.

10/17/2011 - Certificate of Naturalization in the mail -- OFFICIALLY DONE!

If you have a co-sponsor that meets the requirements, you should be fine (F)

As far as I know, if your income is below the poverty line, you will need a co-sponsor (who's income can meet the requirements) and since you mentioned that you'll have one, it looks like you will be fine.

Yep agree,look at the poverty guidelines and if your above it then your fine.
