K2 Visa Question

I would like to know what forms would I need to fill out to bring also the son of my fianee?

or by just putting him on the petition and/or on her two G-325A forms would allow him to get thek2 visa?

To start all that needs to be done is list ALL her children on the I-129F. Until the petition is approved nothing else needs to be done, but she could get a head start by obtaining passports and birth certificates.

Yes, you only need to list him on the I-129 form. They will send you the rest of the paperwork once it has been approved.

can the K1 and K2 travel together after being approved? since the K2 visa holder is just 1 year old?

Of course they can travel together or the K-2 may follow-to-join. A K-2 cannot precede the K-1's entry into the US...

Of course they can travel together or the K-2 may follow-to-join. A K-2 cannot precede the K-1's entry into the US...
