Hey guys-

I think I'm dominating the forum today as far as questions go... I just keep coming up with more and more!! Anyway, from what I understand, my fiance will have to bring the I-134 form to his visa interview. I am a full-time student and so at this point I don't my income is not over that of the poverty rate. My mom (and dad) are willing to be co-sponsors for him. How does this work? Is there a separate form they have to fill out? Will we be denied on the basis that I, his main sponsor, does not have a steady income? Thanks so much.

Caity

If you have co-sponsors that meet the requirements, you have nothing to worry about. They will fill out another Affidavit of Support as co-sponsors (and supply evidence of income, etc). You will need to complete an I-134 yourself as well, since you are the primary sponsor.

Good luck!
