Touched?

Hey All,

Ok-I got lots and lots of issues today !

When you have been touched you know it because they change the date? Where is the date? Has anyone else been having trouble signing up for e-mail notification? I can't even check my account status right now.

My fiance will be coming from Ghana and we have recieved our NOA1. I was trying to figure out what forms I need to prepare for the interview. ( I am being upbeat about the NOA2, so go with the bit) I was told he would need an international birth certificate, additional passport photo's, police report, medical exam/vaccinations, the original packet I sent, letters from my employer and bank statements, the I-134, proof of on going relationship and I think that be it. Can anyone verify this?

Also I am worried about sending originals. What if they are lost? How do we prove anything? Is it ok to send certified copies of the packet I sent or do I have to send him the original documents I submitted.

Also, my fiance doesn't like to write. His e-mails are very short and he doesn't do letters at all - we have lots of high phone bills, but not a lot of written proof. How bad will this hurt our case?

Also, I have a very funky phone company that won't send me phone bills because I pay them early. All I can do is print the call log from my account, will this also be a problem?

I made a major mistake on our application because I didn't make a copy of my entire passport. I have only been out of the country a couple of times and there were just loads of blank pages - will this get me an RFE?

You seem to have everything under control and as long as you sent the copy of the passport pages with the stamps on you will be fine. For approval you only need to prove that you have met in the last two years so even if you only left the country once and have one stamp it will be ok. You need to prove an ongoing relationship for the interview , phone records ,emails, photos, more passport stamps but sounds like you are right on track!
