Please correct me if I'm wrong, but the G135 form must be sent in with the I129 right? One more thing, do I need to send a copy of this form to my fiancee and have her fill out and sign it? Is it possible for me to do both for us here in the States?

One more thing adresses are sometimes written in different forms in different countries as I think you all know. Since the forms are in English...will this represent a problem? My fiancee is from Peru.

I would appreciate any help you can give me.....thanks to everyone....

you'll need a g-325 on each of you (in english), yes she needs to sign her copies (4 pages worth)

refer to this link on this website for a helpful guide which includes examples

The bio form (G325A) must be signed by your fiancee. You can't sign it onher behalf. Perhaps she can print it off at her end, sign it and send it to you. It would save you some time, as you would only have to mail it one way....

04/13/06 - I-129F mailed

04/18/06 - NOA1

08/30/06 - NOA2

09/26/06 - received at NVC

09/27/06 - forwarded to consulate

20/11/06 - visa in my pocket!

14/01/07 - POE

13/04/07 - marriage

27/04/07 docs sent in for AOS, EAD, AP

26/06/07 - biometrics appointment

02/17/07 - AP and EAD arrive

03/03/08 - Infopass - where the heck is my AOS interview?? No one knows!

A G-325A (made up of 4 pages) must be completed and signed by both the petitioner and the beneficiary. Each completes their own with their own information and each is the applicant for their own G-325A. The G-325 (made up of 2 pages) is a different form so make sure you have the correct one. Anything submitted to USCIS must be in English. You can complete the form for the beneficiary, but the beneficiary must sign it.
