more and more september filers and even october was approve this fast few days, I just want to know if who else september filers that dont have NOA2 yet?

09/17/07----I29F package sent to CSC

09/28/07----NOA1 received

02/08/08----petition approved online

02/14/08----NOA2 hardcopy received

02/22/08----NVC received/ MNL200855....

05/13/08----gave birth to a baby boy!

06/23 &25/08----medical passed

07/01/08----interview approved but they returned my passport

crba

07/01/08----picked up forms for crba

07/02/08----request for advance endorsement of bc

07/28/08----got BC from NSO

08/25/08----got papers from fiance

08/26/08----CRBA interview( request for DNA test)

09/12/08----DNA test @ SLEC

I'm thinking that there are approximately 25-30 September filers (at CSC) with no NOA2 yet. Hopefully you'll all be approved this month!!!!!!!!!

11/15/2007 = Package sent overnight Fedex to CSC

11/16/2007 = Package arrived at CSC

11/21/2007 = NOA1 (according to www.uscis.gov online case status)

11/26/2007 = Check cashed (YIPPEE!!!!!!!!!!)

11/28/2007 = Touched

11/30/2007 = Rec'd NOA1 hard copy in the mail

12/20/2007 = Touched

12/21/2007 = Touched

03/12/2008 = Touched (due to phone call)

03/24/2008 = NOA2!!!!!!!!!

03/25/2008 = Touched

04/23/2008 = Touched

05/05/2008 = Arrived at Consulate

05/12/2008 = Picked up Packets 3 & 4

06/24/2008 = Interview Date and APPROVAL

07/02/2008 = Picked up Visa at Embassy

07/05/2008 = Arrival in the U.S.!!!!!!!!! Met at POE in ATLANTA

07/06/2008 = Fly back to Salt Lake City Together!!!!

08/06/2008 = MARRIED TODAY!!!

AOS & EAD

08/23/2008 = Package sent via USPS with Signature Confirmation

08/25/2008 = Package arrived in Chicago

08/26/2008 = Check cashed

09/02/2008 = NOA1 for EAD and AOS received in the mail.

Quite a few September filers have been approved actually. I think we're up to 16 just this week at CSC. Not sure how many at VSC but I'd say easily that many.

You might want to change your timeline from "Nebraska Service Center" to "California Service Center." It'll give you a more accurate timeline.

thanks Im not alone. Btw my hubby called the service center last night( US time)inquiring about our petition he was being told that the CSC was processing first the july filers and it takes 60 more days to process ours....now I just wondered how come few of september and october filers got their NOA2?? :rolleyes:

We are still waiting too. CSC is really working hard on the september filers now though! I think about 1/3rd of september filers have gotten a response so far.

October 31, 2008 - Sent Adjustment of Status documents

December 5, 2008 - Biometrics appointment

January 13, 2009 - Travel Document approved

January 21, 2009 - Employment Authorization approved

April 23, 2009 - Green Card approved

11-10-08 noa1

no touches no anything untill

02-08-08 RFE online

Hi we are sept flyer's.......NOA1 sept 24th no touches or anything until 02-07-08 then touch now nothing as of yet but am happy they didn't misplace us lol maybe we will all get approved soon i hope we have been waiting a while........

Hi we are sept flyer's.......NOA1 sept 24th no touches or anything until 02-07-08 then touch now nothing as of yet but am happy they didn't misplace us lol maybe we will all get approved soon i hope we have been waiting a while........

hi yes i hope your approved soon, I did notice i failed to send in our letters stating we intend to marry so im hoping the RFE is for that reason.
