Maybe they are only approving OompaLoompas now?

Hi guys,

I have been checking this site daily.

I just got approved today!!!

My timeline is exactly the same (NOA, biometrics, etc.) as Maunzebaer but I got my 'card production ordered" email today at about 4 pm.

VSC is working. They are just working in very very slow. Don't give up hope!

I will travel overseas in end of July; I’m really losing the hope of been able to use my 10Y GC for re-enter.... Maybe approved around Xmas time.

I'd think you'd get it by then, if the 13-month track VSC has been on for us lately holds out.

Then again, looking at the list, and throwing out gatorlink (THAT was a weird, early approval) and me as outliers, it took VSC two months to cover the two-week NOA1 spread before Cassie's and maunzebaer's approvals. So at that rate it WOULD take them until around Xmas to finish up the list . . . .

Hello!

Just thought I'd drop by and say hi - check on who has been approved lately. Congratulations to those that have! We're busy putting together an RFE package. Hopefully they'll have more information than they ever dreamed of needing. If anyone wants to change my last touched on the list we received the RFE dated 5.23.08 and have to respond by the beginning of July (but we're aiming for shipping it out on Monday).

I'll check back again soon!

13 months to the day today. nothing happened...

basing this on my experience (1 year, 1 month, 3 days), you'll hear something friday or monday *crossing fingers*

1 year 1 month and 1 day already. New territory beyond the 13 month mark. I guess VSC is out ofr the summer now. I had really hoped for a 13 month miracle

09/??/2004 Send I-130, 486 Package and ETC. for AOS

01/??/05 Workers permit received.

Got Social Security Card!!!

08/29/2005 Interview went awesome!

09/??/2005 Green Card arrived!!!!!!!! YUPY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Removal of Conditions:

06/01/2007 Send package to TEXAS Service Center

06/07/2007 Received NOA

09/20/2007 Went to get an stamp, denied stamp at the Miami USCIS Office =(

01/31/2008 Transfer to Vermont Service Center (after almost 8 months!)

02/22/2008 This case is now pending at the office to which it was transferred.

02/26/2008 This case is now pending at the office to which it was transferred. (Last Touched)

07/01/2008 : still waiting for a miracle after 390 days of suffering....

07/02/2008: Infopass Appointment. passport Stamp....

07/03/2008: Incredible!!!! Card Production Ordered!!!!!!

07/04/2008: Touched. Duplicate email Card Production Order

07/07/2008: Touched

07/08/2008: Touched. Email with notice of approval

07/09/2008: Touched again!

07/11/2008: CARD ARRIVES IN MAIL!!!!! THANKS!!!! WELLCOME IMMIGRANT LETTER!!! :P

Naturalization Process:

06/23/2010: 06/23/2010 - Send N400 after 5 years of permanent residency. Good luck !

CARD PRODUCTION ORDERED.

Yeah! I finally got a CRIS "card production ordered" email today after more than 12 months of waiting. My NOA from TSC was dated 06/08/07; got biometrics done 06/07/07; got transfered to VSC 02/26/08. Good luck to all those who are still waiting.

Oooops....I meant to say biometrics was done 07/07/07.....still mad at them for taking so long to hear something, though! :angry:
