It's OVER! :dance: :dance: :dance: Just got the email! I can't believe it myself... Finally approved! Hope the card comes through soon.

Good luck to all those left waiting. I will cross my fingers for all of you :) It's sure been a long 13+ months...

Thanks. I almost feel a bit melancholic to leave this little group of desperation and hope lol

Anyway, just a little heads up for some ppl:

We've had minimal evidence submitted (no deed, rental agreement or so), but strong financial ties (bank account, loans, property co-mingled). We also don't have kids. I know I was still nervous till the end that we'd see another roadblock with an RFE sailing in, but obviously they just had the approval stamp ready today. lol

Congrats Tweety and Staashi!!!

I wanted to chime in for this as well. I just send them the birth Certificates of our daughters, current lease for the appartment with my name on it, electic bill with my wife's name on it and Tax documents. Since I had to submit everything just 2 days before the time was up I didnt send them much and got approved with it although I was ready for an RFE.

Wow, and I thought what I sent was fairly minimal. Where are the child haters who think birth certificates are just run of the mill evidence?

Risking the chance that we may start this argument over again, James you know that was NOT my bone of contention. It was the "we should be automatically approved since we have kids" attitude that bugged me.

09/20/2007 Went to get an stamp, denied stamp at the Miami USCIS Office =(

01/31/2008 Transfer to Vermont Service Center (after almost 8 months!)

02/22/2008 This case is now pending at the office to which it was transferred.

02/26/2008 This case is now pending at the office to which it was transferred. (Last Touched)

07/01/2008 : still waiting for a miracle after 390 days of suffering....

07/02/2008: Infopass Appointment. passport Stamp....

07/03/2008: Incredible!!!! Card Production Ordered!!!!!!

07/04/2008: Touched. Duplicate email Card Production Order
