How much documentation to send for 3 yr application

Besides sending tax transcripts/returns and children's birth certificates (we have 2 children), how much documentation should I send for my application that's based on 3 years of marriage? I have TONS of stuff...mortgage statements, bank accounts, life insurance, health insurance, etc etc etc.

Do I mail copies of all of these in? A select few? Or should I just bring all the documentation to the interview and only mail in the tax transcripts/returns and children's birth certificates?

Thanks!

I went to a naturalization seminar last saturday and there were immigration lawyers there available, so I checked with them. Things needed are:

-both sides of green card

-copy of marriage cert

-copy of spouse's nat cert or passport

on the safe side i'll mail along:

-copy of the past 3 years' tax transcript.

-copy of your home mortgage or home title with both your names on it (they said owning a home together is as significant as having a child together)

All we sent were copies of the green card, copies of my passport (I'm the USC), copy of our marriage cert, and 3 years tax transcripts. If they want anything else, G can take it to the interview (we do have a house together, joint bank accounts, beneficiaries of life insurance, etc.).

Birth certificates are also required if you have kids, which you know. We don't have any, though.
