Visiting while waiting

Hi everyone i have a question, we recently sent in our application for the K-1 visa and i wanted to know if my Fiancee can visit me here in the united states while we are waiting for the Visa. it would be a visit using a normal tourist visa? thanks for your time. And i appreciate everyones help.

There is lots of debate on this on here. Just make sure she has lots of documentation to ties back to her country.

It would be very helpful in answering your questions if your timeline was filled in, so we can see what country your fiance is from, etc.

Just make sure your fiance has lots of proof of ties to his/her home country, such as most recent pay stubs, mortgage/lease documents, etc. to prove that they will return to their country after their visit. And, if asked if you have a K-1 Visa pending, always answer honestly and tell them that you do, and are just wanting to visit each other until your petition has been approved.

Edit: Just be aware that there is no guarantee that your fiance will be able to enter the U.S. no matter what evidence they have with them. It is totally up to the Border Officers discretion.
