What does this mean?

I sent them an email asking about the status of my case, and got the following canned response from Officer Hopkins:

RE: WAC**********

Your case is currently under review. You should receive a decision or notice of other action within 60 days of the date of this correspondence.

Officer Hopkins, CAO

California Service Center

Customer Relations

Then a few hours later I got the following email:

The following is the latest information on your case status

Receipt Number: WAC**********

Application Type: I129F , PETITION FOR FIANCE(E)

Current Status:

On January 31, 2006, we responded to your request for more information concerning your case. If you have not received our response within 30 days from this date, please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

If you have questions or concerns about your application or the case status results listed above, or if you have not received a decision or advice from USCIS within the projected processing time frame*, please contact the National Customer Service Center.

What does that second email mean? Am I getting an RFE?

First reply was to your status inquiry saying they are still reviewing your case.

Second reply is just saying that they should reply to your inquiry and if you do not hear back from them in such a time period to recontact them.

Another canned response! A lot of VJ members have been getting this response lately. Manizales Mamba got this message on Wednesday and on Thursday he was approved (NOA2).
