Approved!!!!! We just got Approved!!!

There was a touch on our applications around 2ish'. Then just 15 minutes ago (9:30pm PST -- thats a wierd time?) I got an email from CRIS regarding our I-130 form and it being approved and "Current Status: Approval notice sent." Then 5 minutes later I got another email saying our I-129F form was also "Current Status: Approval notice sent."!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh man! My hearts about to explode out of my chest!!!

I really want to thank VisaJourney and all the people who use this site! I know we still have a bit of a process going forward but I would have been totally lost without VJ and all the forum users!! Thanks to everyone!!! and I'll prey that everyone gets there approvals soon (NOW!! ).

CONGRATS... I WISH I COULD EXPERIENCE THE SAME FEELING AS U.. BUT IM STIL BEING PATIENT HAHA .. ANYWAYS GLAD TO SEE K3'S ARE GETIN APROVED!!

Our I-130 and I-129F were both approved today. WooHoo! We files the 130 on Auf 7 but it got entered Sep 15. The I-129F was a month behind it.

So, now that they are both approved, what is the best plan (fastest plan)? Should we drop the K3 and go with the I-130? Does this slow it down?

Open to suggestions.

Oh wow... Congrats! we also sent our Aug 7 but they've entered it Aug 31. If yours was keyed-in Sept 15, how come our case has not been approved yet... uggg.

me and my husband are getting impatient... ugg. he will be sending a letter to one of the US Senators tomorrow and try to get some assistance here since we both think that we are stuck at Aug 31 received date instead of Aug 7 due to a data entry error made by the USCIS. this is becoming sooo frustrating... waiting for months already and when case is already current you see a blunder anyway, hope we'll get some good news sometime soon... i miss my husband so much!

wow they took really long time but the good thing is they approved your case, now it will be rolling fast and hopefully within 4 - 6 months you guys are going to be together, so Congrats

Per CRIS, both I-129F and I-130 were approved on Mar 13. Filed I-130 on Aug 16/07 and I-129F on Sep 28/07 - to CSC.

Touched on Nov 9 (presumably to pair the petitions) and again on Mar 7 - approval Mar 13.

211 days from 130 submission to approval / 167 days from I-129F submission to approval.

I actually got two emails today and the online case status shows "approved" for both petitions.

I guess now the NVC wait begins...

Still don't know definitively that this gets us a K3 vs CR1 - but am hopeful.

Geez, I'd be happy with just a touch right now! By next Saturday, we will be outside processing time! Elbereth will be outside processing time next Wednesday! On another thread a JANUARY filer (both I-130 AND I-129F) got their NOA2...BOTH of them! I can't phone from Canada, just about losing my mind and Jim is ready to fling his $500 Iphone as far as he can he gets so frustrated! Ready to cry any minute here!

i hear you, its crazy.... i see you are from VSC.. i dont think VSC is caught up with us yet.. not as many aprovals as much as CSC.. i gues soon by end of this month we should start seeing approvals.. i hope...
