Cool, thanks so much for doing that. This paperwork gathering can be stressful. I'm starting to get jittery about things...jittery and excited.

hahaha, Yes Me too, My Fiance already has almost everything to send it to me. He is waiting only for the NOA2 in the mail. stressful but excited

ellar, since you are from the Philippines I suggest reading Sheriff Unling's guide.

http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...t=0&p=92054

Look at Section 4. It will tell you all the forms you need. Also you don't send anything to the USEM but you do bring them to your interview.

Do you know for a fact that yours has left NVC? If so, when?

You can call them and give them your CIS case number. They will tell you whether it is on the system or not, and also the date they sent it out. I think though that petitions go out the next working day after the date they give you. Someone else here may confirm or deny that. I'm hoping so! Only 1 UK petition was sent out last week and I hope it has my name on it.

Post NOA2 you feel much more informed on progress at least.

IgorElin, Mox, Bablesgirl and all experts here: I need some advice from you as I am preparing for final interview and packet 4.

1. Should I send the original approval notice to my fiancee? Attorney sent me and her scanned copy of the original approval notice. My attorney is saying print out of that scanned copy is fine.

2. How old can the passport size pictures of her be in packet 3/4. She took some few pictures couple of months ago and wants to send the same pictures in packet 3 and packet 4. Is that OK? I am making sure consulate doesn't reject her pictures because it's not in few weeks.

As always, greatly appreciate your help,

As always, greatly appreciate your help,

1. Don't send the original approval notice. You will need that to file for AOS when the time comes.

2. As long as she hasn't changed her look much those pictures should be fine.

Correct me if I'm wrong.

azezohome: thanks. Appreciate your comments and good luck to you.

SlighlyBonkers: I tried the trick and it works great. Change the date part of the reference numbers and destination Ireland, you will be able to see all the shipments.

When I was tracking my case, it was showing packet is in London. Today, I saw it has reached Mumbai. Try tomorrow and you may see case has reached Ireland.

You can be obsessed about interview questions. I am!
