Yes, you will need the police certificate. I am unsure exactly what a cenomar is (although from reading on here, I thought it was a certificate to prove you were single), so don't know whether or not it is needed.

You will also need evidence of your on-going relationship (photos, phone bills/skype logs, MSN chats, emails, letters)

Your fiancee will need NBI clearance(for travel purpose)CENOMAR and Birth certificate from NSO,i believe she wont need the police clearance unless she stayed outside of her country for more than 6 months,

Once you'll get the packet for your approval, you have all the lists of the documents required.

Goodluck!

My apology for saying u will need CENOMAR,instead u will need your marriage certificate from NSO,

CENOMAR (CErtificate of NO MARriage)Is only applicable for k1 visa for unmarried person

The police certificate is required to prove that the beneficiary does not have a criminal record in the country of residence (plus any other country lived in for more than 6 months, since the age of 16).... is the Philippines an exception to this rule? Do one of the other documents prove that you do not have a criminal record in the Philippines?

C and J, you are exactly right. At the Interview they require a police certificate in the country of residence plus any other country lived in for more than 6 months or they will delay the Visa until you provide this information. I asked the person who did our Interview; my husband had (3) different police certificates done for Peru. Also, he lived and worked in Spain for 1 year and needed the police certificate from Spain. My question was to the person it shouldn't matter where you live because if you committ criminal offense it will be carried on your record with your identification. (Everything is computerized) Its just more money for the governments and unnecessary documents! The persons response back to me was if he would have committed a crime overseas it would not show up. I do not believe that but, again we are at their mercy and if you want the Visa you have to follow there instructions!!! Its such a crazy process!!! Also, I'm tired of giving the govenment all our money!!!
