1. translate the passport of the forgin person , u can do that in some offices of legal translators.

2.get affidavit of single status or( widow, divorce) status from usa embassy in amman.( write in both asrabic in english, they will help u in embassy for that).

3.sign that paper from ministry of forgin (first circle in amman ) and superme judge dept. in gardens st. in amman.

4.get medical test for both of you guys (there is some centers are doing that ) and sign ur results from a goverment center. that test takes 10 mins !!

5.go to court now , and get 2 witnesses , make copies of thier ID's on both sides and ur ID too, get family paper (دفتر العيلة)

, the translated passport copy, medical test , the form of marraige (get that from any notary around court), the single paper ,

6. now you will get a paper at the court called (clearnce) ull get that from court, and go to interior ministry with that clearnce paper.

7. interior ministry: on interior ministry circle behind regency hotel on queen rania st. that will take an hour, be patinet.

8. back to the court in your area, and get 2 wintesses , a friend of you that talks english to be translator and :
